To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please call us at 1.888.732.2675
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Owners Clint and Hannah Craycraft are both graduates of Texas A&M University & Crockett, Texas natives. They have a young son who enjoys visiting and hopes to one day work at the pecan company. They have been heavily involved in daily operations since purchasing the business in 2017.
